The movie is about two boys (portrayed by the artist Gael Garcia Bernal) who encountered an older and married woman named Luisa on a family activity. Attracted to her attractive face, they began boasting about an imaginary beach until they where cut off by a phone call from Luisa's husband telling her that she was cheating on her. Luisa decided to go along with the two boys although the two has no idea of their destination.

During the long ride the two boys shared stories to Julia about their own sexual encounters. They had a stop over at a hotel and Luisa called to bid farewell to her husband. The other boy saw her crying in her room and began seducing her until they ended up in bed together. Bernals character saw what happened and got mad at his friend for he wanted Luisa too.

Luisa then slept with him also the next day to even the score. The three resume the ride and found the imaginary beach with the same name on it. They frolicked and enjoyed the beach and had fun. They got drunk and slept together, the three of them that night. The next day Luisa woke up early to leave the two boys for good after which she made a last phone call to her husband bidding goodbye.

This film is being shown as a tribute to Mexican culture in New Mexico where almost half population is of Hispanic origin. ]]>
